Gelusil MPS liquid is a therapeutic digestive medication containing a balanced mix of Aluminium hydroxide, Dimethicone, and Magnesium hydroxide. The Aluminium hydroxide is an antacid, which neutralises increased stomach acid. Dimethicone is an antiflatulent which helps in releasing the gas. Magnesium hydroxide is a laxative that increases water in the intestine and reduces stomach acid. It is also sugar-free and is generally well tolerated.
Safety Instructions:
consume 1-2 teaspoonfull of Gelusil liquid after meals. The liquid bottles also come with a 10 ml measuring cap for precise dosage.
