Directions of use:
Clear your nose. Lean forward slightly and insert the nozzle into a nostril. Depress the pump once and sniff at the same time. Repeat for the other nostril. Adults and children above 12 years should spray once in each nostril 1 to 3 times daily or, as directed by the physician
